B-Global Agency is a management and consulting agency for Japanese players competing in Major League Baseball. From building an environment where players can focus fully on the game, to helping them plan for life after their playing days are over — we're committed to standing by our clients through their journey in the U.S., and beyond.
Our role is to help Japanese players who cross the ocean to take on Major League Baseball create an environment where they can focus purely on the game.
We don't believe that support should end when a player's active career does. After a player returns to Japan or retires, we aim to stand by them for as long as possible — helping them and their families maintain, with peace of mind, the life they've built in the United States.
Japanese players taking on MLB face a demanding world — one where results are expected from Opening Day of their very first season. We work by a simple motto: whatever it takes, so that nothing off the field gets in the way of a player's focus. We're glad to help build an environment where players can focus on competing — and when a player has a family, we support them too, so that everyone can feel at home in the United States.
We select and coordinate a team of professionals around each player — agents, interpreters, trainers, nutritionists, attorneys, and accountants.

A Japan-based company managing and promoting athletes, coaches, and public figures. In supporting a player's move to MLB, MTX Agency handles the Japan side while B-Global Agency covers the U.S. side — together providing support across both countries throughout the move and life abroad.
Working in this field since 2005, Futoshi has supported more than 15 Japanese players in their moves to MLB. Through sports management and life support for athletes in both Japan and the U.S., he works to help Japanese players competing in MLB create an environment where they can focus on the game — and to help them maintain, after retirement or a return to Japan, the life they've built in the United States.
Drawing on his understanding of systems and everyday life in both countries, and working alongside local CPAs and attorneys, he aims to support a player's career as a whole — beyond the conventional role of a sports agent.
